Refund PolicyNO refunds after July 20, 2025 If an individual cancels before July 20 a 20% admin fee will be assessed Act of God Refund PolicyIf an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
