Triple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or room types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. The 2025 event marks the 25th year for the Texas Bomber Shootout, which draws an impressive number of top-flight club programs all looking to shake off any wintertime rust and get dialed in for the season ahead. Triple Crown Sports partnered with the Texas Bombers for this event beginning in 2015.

(i.e. If a player is 12 on August 31st they can still play 12u; if a player is 13 on August 31st they must move up to play 14u.)

Refund Policy:
A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy:
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
